COVID-19

Unfortunately some of our suppliers have been affected by the recent restrictions imposed on Victoria. 

We have done our best to make this clear in the Shipping Advice on affected products, however this information does not always transfer to our mobile website. 

Should your order be affected due to COVID - 19 you will be sent an email shortly after ordering, informing you of expected time frames. 

Note: Some Mayfield shade orders will be delayed as they manufacture their shades in Victoria. 

Phone Orders

We are more then happy to process your order over the phone however please note we do not offer free shipping should you wish to do it this way. 

For security reasons in terms of payment as well as order and address confirmation, placing your order online through the website is preferable. 

Signature or ATL

ATL - Authority to leave 

Please note should you select the Authority to Leave option you are giving the courier permission to leave the goods without signature. By selecting this option you are stating you understand that should the goods become damaged or go missing once delivered The Lighting Superstore is unable to accept responsibility. 

When selecting our standard shipping method you may be required to collect your goods from the allocated collection depot assigned the courier, please note the method used to deliver your goods will depend on their size. If are unwilling or unable to collect your order from the depot it may incur a re-delivery fee. 

Note: Orders of $500 of more will require a signature due to high value. 

Flat Rate Shipping

  • WA Postcodes 6000 – 6999 Flat Rate of $60
  • NT Flat Rate of $45
  • TAS Flat Rate of $45

* If the shipping location or size of your order renders it unviable to send we reserve the right to request additional freight, or cancel the sale if a solution can not be found.

Delivery Times

We will process your order within 3 Business Days, however if your order is placed after 11:00am AEST your order will begin processing the following business day. If there are any issues filling your order e.g. items need to be ordered in, or items have been discontinued, we will email you within this period to let you know.

Please note: some items on our website are marked as 5 - 7 days due to the extra time required to assemble and or organise from various warehouses. Your order will start making its way to you via your prefered shipping method once the 5 - 7 Business day period has passed. 

Once your order has been shipped, you will be notified via email. Delivery times are indicated below and vary depending on the delivery service selected. Should your order not arrive in this time frame please feel free to email our online sales team on [email protected]  or call 07 55 617 400 (Mon-Fri, 9.00am-5.00pm EST).

For your convenience, Lighting Superstore offers four delivery options:

1) Regular

3) Pickup

You will be notified via email when your goods are ready for collection

Pickups can be collected from either our Helensvale or Tweed Heads stores.

Helensvale: Shop 25 Homeworld, 502 Hope Island Rd, Helensvale QLD 4212.

Tweed: Unit 1, 23-25 Corporation Circuit, Tweed Heads South, 2486 (next to the Fire Station). 

Lost Goods

The online team at Lighting Superstore will do their best to recover any lost items however  should Australia Post or the Nominated Courier note that your items have been delivered we will be unable to offer any further assistance.

PO Boxes

In some cases orders cannot be delivered to post office boxes or postal lockers, if this is the case you will be contacted within 24 hours of placing your order to arrange an alternative delivery address.

Remote deliveries

If you live in a remote location, under certain circumstances the courier company may deliver to a recognised collection point or depot in the nearest main town. Many of our remote customers prefer this option to having the order delivered to their door - if so, please leave us a note in the comments of your order with specific delivery instructions.

International deliveries

Some items are unable to be shipped internationally and extended shipping times can occur. Please contact us for further information if you require and item to be shipped internationally. 

Please note we are unable to replace any lost of damaged goods when shipping internationally. Any taxes incurred upon entry to destination is the responsibility of the customer.
