Please note that some items may experience a short delay over the Christmas period due to Public Holidays and Warehouse closures.
If we expect your order to take significantly more time than usual you will be notified within 48 hours of placing your order.

Getting your order before Christmas...
As we near closer to Christmas we are often asked if a parcel will arrive in time to put under the tree on the big day. We have put together the table below to help you better calculate your delivery time.We always endeavour to get your items out to you as quick as possible but we do ask that you take notice of the shipping days displayed on each product (Further explanation can be found below the table).
Please note: Orders for Lava Lamps Placed before 11:00am AEST will be sent the same day. Should we be unable to fill your order that day you will be called to arrange an alternate colour.
If an order is placed on or before the dates below it is likely you will receive it before Christmas.

**If your order is placed after 11:00am AEST your order will begin processing the following Business Day.
**Please keep in mind that while we do our best to ensure your order sent out as soon as possible, once we ship the items it is in the couriers hands and the timeframe on shipping is dependent on them.
