Remote Control
- Remote controls are an added convenience and may make the installation procedure much easier. A remote control often removes the need for additional wiring if a lighting fixture already exists. If you are unsure if you require a remote or not feel free to contact us.

Extension Rod
- If your ceilings are raked steeper than 32 degrees, or are higher than average, an extension rod may be used to maximize the effects of your new ceiling fan.
- This fan includes a standard rod at 30cm as well as a 42cm rod. Additional Extension Rods come in lengths of 900mm and 1800mm and can be cut to a suitable length by your electrician.

Warranty
- 3 year in home warranty
- All fans need to be installed by a license Electrician.
- If a fault becomes apparent please call the warranty number provided in the packaging of the ceiling fan, do not attempt to uninstall the ceiling fan.
- The Tax Invoice from the purchase of the fan, as well as the invoice from the licensed electrician will be required to claim warranty.
Q: Will the invoice come with the goods?
Yes. All goods are despatched with invoice attached unless you require another arrangement. Please contact us with your query.
Q: Can I pick up my order directly?
Yes. If you have been notified your order is ready for collection you can pick up your goods directly at LightingSuperstore, Shop 25, Homeworld , Helensvale, Gold Coast, Qld 4212.

We accept all major cards except Diners. We do not charge a surcharge on credit cards. You can also pay via direct deposit or when you pickup your order.
Q: Can I make an addition to my order?
Yes. You can make an addition at any time. If you decide you need something extra contact us right away and we may be able to consolidate with original order to avoid extra freight costs.
