    • The Nuovo fan includes a short downrod suitable for standard ceiling heights. If your ceiling is higher than 3 meters, you may require an optional downrod.

  • Extension Rod
    • If your ceilings are raked, or are higher than average, an extension rod may be used to maximize the effects of your new ceiling fan.
    • Extension Rods come in lengths of 900mm and 1800mm, which can also be cut to a suitable length by your electrician.

    • 12 month in-home warranty
    • Limited Lifetime Motor Warranty
    • All fans need to be installed by a license Electrician.
    • If a fault becomes apparent please call the warranty number provided in the packaging of the ceiling fan, do not attempt to uninstall the ceiling fan.
    • The Tax Invoice from the purchase of the fan, as well as the invoice from the licensed electrician will be required to claim warranty. 

Q: Will the invoice come with the goods?

Yes. All goods are despatched with invoice attached unless you require another arrangement. Please contact us with your query.

Q: Can I pick up my order directly?

Yes. If you have been notified your order is ready for collection you can pick up your goods directly at LightingSuperstore, Shop 25, Homeworld , Helensvale, Gold Coast, Qld 4212.

Q: How do I make payment for my order?

We accept all major cards except Diners. We do not charge a surcharge on credit cards. You can also pay via direct deposit or when you pickup your order.

Q: Can I make an addition to my order?

Yes. You can make an addition at any time. If you decide you need something extra contact us right away and we may be able to consolidate with original order to avoid extra freight costs.
